We accept all Major Debit and Credit Card payments through Netbanx which is a secure online payments provider via the Royal Bank of Scotland. All Payments made via this method are secure and comply with regulations.
The other payment method we offer is PayPal Express which you can click and log into your PayPal account and pay via that. This also is secure.
Telephone orders can also be taken and payment can be taken and processed over the teephone. All information via this method is destroyed and cannot be hel due to Data Protection so your information is dealt with securely.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Your order will be sent out UK Standard Delivery at a cost of £3.95 and will be sent out via the most suitable option dependant of weights and size.
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you placed your order (excluding Sundays) i.e. If you order is received by us on Thursday before 2pm your goods will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
Order Tracking is nor available for Royal Mail Standard Deliveries so please wait until the 3 working days for your order to arrive, Any delay in your order being despatched and we will inform you straight away.
If you are not available to accept your order the carrier will leave a calling card explaining how you can collect your item from your local office.
Please Note: We cannot deliver on Bank Holidays so expect your delivery to be delivered the day after.
Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Cancellation of an order can only be made up unti the item has been processed through to despatch. The cancellation must be made in writing via email or fax quoting your order number.

Return or exchange an item
Tights, undergarments, socks etc cannot be accepted for return, unless faulty.
If you find an item is incorrect on size or the wrong colour simply return the item or items to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, * within 7 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size / colour should the size or colour be incorrect. Alternative to that we can refund your money but not the postage costs.
If goods are returned after the 7 days we will exchange for a different size or colour or alternative to that a credit note will be issued to you for future use. A full refund cannot be given unless item is clearly a manufacturing fault.
If a return is required this can take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account from the date we process it upon receiveing the goods back.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 01254 279277 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receiving the item back we will issue a replacement for you.

Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
