After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit & debit card payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Amex. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Email or over the Internet. We also accept payments by PayPal, Cheques & Postal Orders
Stock Availability
It is impossible for us to keep stock of every item, in all colours & in all sizes. We do hold a vast selection of stock available for immediate dispatch, & where items have to be ordered from the UK delivery to us is normally with 2-3 days.
Delivery times
Where possible orders are processed & shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment, but please allow up to 7 days for fluctuations in delivery service by carriers, & our own stock replenishment. If we do not expect you to receive your goods within 7 days we will contact you with an expected date of delivery. You will be given the opportunity to leave the item on back order, cancel the order in part or in full, or accept an alternative item. Please note that where products may need to be made to order details will be shown in the garment description, if you are up against any deadlines please check before ordering. You will be notified of shipment within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. All items are sent 1st class mail or next day carrier. Please report non-delivery within 7 days of being notified of dispatch.
All items are despatched as soon as possible, once we have confirmed payment. You will be advised of any undue delays in delivery.

Returns Policy on Dance Shoes and other items Dance Shoes Only
When purchasing Dance Shoes please ensure when you try them on in the shop that they fit correctly. Any shoes returned due to incorrect fitting will be exchanged for another size, or a credit note will be given. In the unlikely event any shoes are found to be faulty we will replace the faulty goods and whenever that is not possible we will refund your monies.
SPECIAL ORDER SHOES of none stock lines will require a 10% deposit which is not refundable.
If you are unsure about any of the above please ask a member of staff before you purchase so as to avoid any misunderstanding.
Other Items purchased (not dance shoes)
Faulty or Damaged Items for, exchange, credit or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. Please ensure that all garment packaging is returned with the item. Items that develop faults after use will be sent back to the manufacturer for thier inspection/comments and then if found to be a manufacturer fault will be replaced, if a replacement is not possible then we will refund your monies. CHANGE OF MIND
If you simply have changed your mind and wish to return your item there will be a 30% restocking charge, the packaging must be unopened and the item unused.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT
Items that do not fit can be exchanged for another size. If the size is not available i.e. you have ordered the smallest size we will give you a full credit note on return of the goods for use on future purchases. The garments must be returned to us in a saleable condition and with the original packaging, tags & labels all in tact. If the item has been supplied to our suggested size, then no charge will be made for the return postage. If the garment has been supplied as ordered then a charge of £2.50 may be made for the cost of return postage & packing. A charge of £2.50 will be made on all garments exchanged more than once.
Tights, undergarments, socks etc cannot be accepted for return, unless faulty, or if the packaging seals have been broken. Garments specially ordered, that are not a normal stock line, can not be accepted for credit. Please ensure that all return packages have the correct postage paid on them. We DO NOT accept any deliveries that need surcharges paid. Credits & Refunds are for products only (less any restocking charges). Postage is not refundable.
Please take care when trying on garments. Do not remove any tags or labels unless you are certain of keeping the garment, we will not accept them for return if you do. Shoes that are marked in any way cannot be returned.
