In these unprecedented and uncertain times, we at Starlight Dancewear would like to reassure all our customers and their clients that we are doing everything possible to safeguard the health and welfare of our staff and their families whilst also trying to ensure the health and safety of our customers. While we are also ensuring business can continue as normally as possible, both where practical and inline with respective governments’ individual policies.
Over the past few weeks we have put a number of measures in place to minimise potential exposure to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The Businesses are still currently operating from our normal premises and via our online shop www.starlightdancewear.co.uk but we are also geared up to have the ability of working from home and still be able to support our customers via telephone and email. We are confident that staff will be able to continue their day-to-day activities, providing the same levels of sales, technical and customer service to you by phone, or email should the need arise. Our warehouse teams will continue to manage your orders and shipments, although due to potential logistics limitations delivery times could be slightly longer or simply become impractical but you would be notified of this should it occur.
We will continue to monitor our respective governments’ official health guidelines and hope that the various containment measures being implemented throughout Europe will allow us all to remain completely safe while minimising the effect on you, your business and our business. We will of course keep you informed if there are any new changes that affect this operational status.
