We accept all Major Debit and Credit Card payments through Worldpay which is a secure online payments provider. All Payments made via this method are secure and comply with regulations.

The other payment method we offer is PayPal Express which you can click and log into your PayPal account and pay via that. This also is secure.

Telephone orders can also be taken and payment can be taken and processed over the telephone. All information via this method is destroyed and cannot be held due to Data Protection so your information is dealt with securely.

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days please contact us and please remember to include your order number.
Some orders may be eligible for Next Day Delivery dispatch dependant on stock levels 
Our timed delivery service covers most of the UK mainland but will not be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other parts of the UK. Normally it will take a further 24 hours for deliveries in these areas.

Please ensure that you return your item(s) in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all the labels still attached.

All items being returned for a refund must be sent postage paid. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For™ service to ensure your parcel arrives safely to us. Starlight Dancewear will accept no responsibility for a parcel that is sent back to us just standard and that has be lost.

All Items are returned at your own cost.

If you change your mind or the item does not fit we can refund your payment for the cost of the item however we will not refund the cost to post the order out to you.

Tights, undergarments, socks etc cannot be accepted for return, unless faulty.

We cannot accept the return if:

Items returned after 14 days from the original invoice date.
Items not in their original condition and packaging.
Incorrectly washed garments.
Made to order items.
Special order items.

Cancelation of an order can only be made up until the item has been processed through to dispatch. The cancellation must be made in writing via email or fax quoting your order number.

We do not exchange items what we suggest to do is that if you purchase an item and then find it is not the correct size send it back to us and just reorder on line the correct size that you need. We will then send out the alternative size you require and we will refund you for the one that is the incorrect size once we receive it back.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 01254 279277 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receiving the item back we will issue a replacement for you.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact 01254 279277 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
